Define the behaviour change you expect and the business metrics it should move, and baseline them before you start. Measuring the shift in observable behaviour and its knock on effect is more credible than satisfaction scores.
Frame the initiative around a business problem the leadership team already worries about and bring evidence. Executives back people work when it is clearly linked to performance and risk.
Give managers practical frameworks they can use immediately and reinforce the behaviours through their own leaders. Middle managers change behaviour when development is applied to real work, not delivered as theory.
Look for practical experience of running teams, a focus on behaviour change and results, and an approach that fits how your people actually work. Content is easy to find, but embedded change is what you are really buying.
