1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using jblhighperformance.com (“the Site”) or purchasing any services from JBL High Performance Ltd (“JBL”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
JBL provides leadership development programmes, executive coaching, team workshops, leadership assessments, online courses, and AI-assisted coaching through Aiden. Specific terms for each service are outlined in the relevant engagement letter or purchase confirmation.
3. Accounts & Portal Access
Access to the JBL Portal, Aiden AI Coach, and course materials requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account access with others unless expressly authorised.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments for assessments and programmes are processed securely via Stripe.
- Programme fees are outlined in the relevant proposal or checkout page.
- Refunds for assessments are available within 7 days of purchase if the assessment has not been completed.
- Programme refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, course materials, the Simplify to Amplify™ methodology, assessment frameworks, and Aiden AI responses — is the intellectual property of JBL High Performance Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Redistribute course materials or assessment content.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
7. Aiden AI Coach
Aiden AI provides leadership coaching support and is not a substitute for professional mental health services, legal, or financial advice. AI-generated responses are for informational and coaching purposes only. JBL is not liable for decisions made based on Aiden’s guidance.
8. Confidentiality
Coaching conversations, assessment results, and programme participation are treated as confidential. We will not share individual coaching details with your employer without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
9. Limitation of Liability
JBL provides services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our programmes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBL’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
