A board of advisers, chosen for your business

Behind you sits a board of six to twelve advisers who analyse what your business is actually doing, from your inbox, calendar, payments and pipeline. Alex Hormozi on volume and offers. Dan Martell on buying back your time. Jimmy Burroughes on removing friction and stopping what does not pay. The rest are picked for how you earn your money: pricing, negotiation, cash, positioning. Drop any seat you do not want, or ask for more. The skill weighs them against each other and gives you one verdict and the reason.

It improves itself

Every run, it checks what failed or what you ignored and fixes its own faults. Every week it reads what each adviser has published lately and keeps only the practices that beat what you do now, sets a measure, checks it after two weeks and drops anything that did not move your numbers. Once a month it rewrites its own rules to match what you actually act on.

It builds its own helpers

Separate agents read your inbox, your money, your pipeline and your calendar at the same time, and a reviewer checks the figures before you see them. When a job keeps coming up, it proposes a new helper for it and builds that too, then retires any helper whose work you ignore. Helpers use Claude's agent feature. Without it, the skill runs the same checks itself, one after another.

Each adviser is a lens built on that person's published work, and the skill says so in its own words. Nobody named here has reviewed or endorsed it.

Sceptical? You should be. Here is why this one is different.

Most AI tools save you a few minutes. This one changes what you spend your best hours on, which is where the money is.

It is not an inbox tool

Your inbox, calendar, payments and pipeline are simply how the board sees what your business is really doing. The value is the advice: where your hour earns most, what to fix in your offer and pricing, what to stop, and the moves that will grow the business this week.

It is not a generic AI assistant

A chatbot waits for you to ask a good question. This learns your business from what you upload and connect, works out what your hour has to earn, ranks your day by the money at stake and shows its reasoning in a short table you can check line by line.

It gets sharper every week

The first verdict is good. The tenth is better, because it has watched what you acted on, dropped what you ignored and tested new ideas from the advisers against your own numbers. Most tools stay the same the day you install them. This one compounds.

Advice most owners never get

Advisers at this level are booked on retainers most owners never sign, and you would see them once a quarter at best. This board sits in on every single morning, knows your figures, and costs you nothing beyond your own Claude plan.

One better decision on price, or one deal that stops waiting on you, is worth more than the twenty minutes it takes to set up.

If you run the business, you know these.

I work harder every year, and the business does not grow any faster.
I know my offer and pricing could be better, but nobody tells me how.
I only know where the month stands when I check three different apps.
I make every decision, so everything waits for me.

Big companies have a board and advisers testing every decision. Most owners make theirs alone, on whatever shouted loudest.

If you read that list and winced, My Chief of Staff is for you.

The same Tuesday, 7:40 in the morning.

Without it

43 unread. You open the one from your biggest customer, then four others, then a supplier. It is 8:25.

You check Stripe, then your bank, then the spreadsheet, to work out where the month stands. You guess.

A quote has been sitting for 26 hours. You remember it at 3pm.

Nobody is checking your pricing, your offer or where your hours go. You start the day on whatever shouted loudest.

With it

Your board's verdict, three minutes, on your phone.

The month against its pace, in one line.

The quote reply is written and waiting in your drafts. You change one number and send it.

You start the day on the three moves your board says will grow the business most.

An example day. Every figure here is made up.

In plain terms

My Chief of Staff is a free skill for Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic. A skill is a set of written instructions you add to Claude, like a handbook for a new employee. This one gives you a board of expert advisers. Connect your email, calendar, payment and sales tools so the board can see how your business really runs, and every morning it emails you its verdict: how to perform better and grow, the three moves worth your time today with replies drafted, and a short table of what to stop, start and keep. It reviews and improves its own advice every week. It only reads and drafts. You decide and act.

You need a Claude account and nothing else to start. The skill is free and nothing recurs. Claude has its own plans, and those are separate.

Your first briefing runs on day one.

No technical skill needed. Setup is a file upload and a conversation in plain English, and Claude tells you what it still needs.

  1. Put it into Claude. We email you a link to the zip file. Download it and keep it zipped, then:
    1. In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities, and turn on Code execution and file creation. Skills do not run without it.
    2. Find Skills (in Settings, or under Customize in newer versions), choose Upload skill and pick my-chief-of-staff.zip.
    3. Check the switch next to My Chief of Staff is on.
Works on Claude's free and paid plans, in the browser or the desktop app. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an admin may need to allow skills first.
  2. Tell it about your business. Start a new chat and type "set up my chief of staff". When it asks to connect your email, calendar or payments, say yes to the ones you want and sign in through Claude's own window. It never asks for a password. It reads what you upload or link, such as your website, price lists and proposals, and asks only what it could not find.
  3. Read your first briefing. About twenty minutes in, it runs in the chat so you can correct it. By day three it arrives in your inbox every morning.
Day one: your numbersExample: fictional business
Your hour must earn $326. Goal $600,000 a year, 8 hours a day, 230 days. Anything worth less goes to someone else, or stops.

Your buyback rate

$47.50 an hour. From $380,000 of revenue. If you could pay someone that to do a task, it should leave your calendar.

Can the model reach the goal inside your hours?

Not as it stands. You would need about 10 deals of $60,000, not 150 of $4,000.

What your board sends each morning

The board's verdict
Six to twelve advisers weigh your options the way a real board would, then give you one verdict and the reason, without the debate.
Your three moves
Ranked by the money at stake and the minutes you have. A customer who has waited more than a day goes first.
Drafts waiting
Replies and follow-ups in your voice, saved to your drafts folder. Anything with a price or a date carries a CHECK flag for you.
Stop, start, keep
One table. Each row says what to change, what it costs or earns, and how to do it.
Skills you are missing
When another skill would save you time, it tells you which one and what it would save.
Monday's briefingExample: fictional business
The number. $9,200 collected this week. Two invoices are 14 days late.

Do today

Chase the two late invoices. 8 minutes. Both drafts are ready. $6,100 outstanding.

Confirm Thursday's site visit. 5 minutes. The customer has not replied since Friday.

One question

Do you want me to move your Friday call, so you get a clear morning?

It reads and drafts. You act.

The only email it ever sends is your briefing, to your own address. It does not:

  • Send anything to anyone else
  • Post to social media
  • Move money or send an invoice
  • Change your CRM, books or calendar
  • Contact your clients or prospects
It stays in your accountYour business information stays inside your own Claude account.
Messages are dataIf an email or document tries to give it orders, it ignores the order and flags it to you.
Your people stay outPersonal details of your staff and customers never enter a report, draft or profile.
No guessingWhen it cannot see something, it says so. It does not make up figures.
You confirm the fitIt reads your business email, so setup asks you to check that this suits your client agreements and data protection duties.

Why I built it

Most of us spend far too much time spinning our wheels on things that do not move the business forward. I wanted a team of people far more talented than me, telling me where to focus and what to do next. So I built one, and it now runs my own mornings every weekday.
