Running a company is lonely. Everyone needs you to look sure. So the doubts stay in your head, and every hard call lands on your desk.

We asked Dallas CEOs what the hardest part of leading a growing business really is. The answer that kept coming back: carrying the pressure at the top. This room fixes that. Twelve leaders who carry the same weight as you, with no reason to judge you and no stake in your answer. One CEO who saw the plan said: "If I had a group like that fifteen years ago, that would have been really valuable."

In plain terms

The North Texas Executive Roundtable is an application-only event for 12 CEOs of $25M to $75M companies, held at Stonebriar Country Club, in Frisco, in November 2026. Thursday welcome dinner, working sessions Friday and Saturday, and an optional Sunday social. Six anchor conversations, a full-body scan, curated dinners, and a written 90-day plan, for $4,500 all-in.

Six anchor conversations, shaped by the room

These six anchor the agenda; your pre-event call and the room's live questions shape where each one goes. You bring one real issue, not a presentation. One outside expert joins each day, so the room never hears the same two voices for two days straight. This is a working session in a C-shaped room with lounge seating and two standing workstations, run through breakouts and hot seats. Never rows of chairs and a parade of presentations. Every conversation ends with you choosing one action.

Thursday 5th

Arrive from 4pm for the welcome dinner and the pitch game: Shark Tank style, so by dessert you will know how eleven other CEOs think.

Friday 6th

Four working sessions, lunch at the club, then a seated dinner at III Forks, planned so the right people end up across from you.

Saturday 7th

Four working sessions. Your 90-day plan has built itself as you went; you leave holding the finished article. Content finishes late afternoon.

Sunday 8th

Optional, your way. Golf, pickleball, the range or the spa: choose what helps you process the weekend and plan for Monday.

The six conversations anchor the agenda; timings flex to the room. Full agenda confirmed to approved members.

It builds itself session by session; you leave holding the finished article, with support on hand to implement it.

5 to 6 real moves

Space to embed it

Sunday your way: golf, pickleball, the range or the spa.

Plus lifetime access to the alumni portal and its Dallas gatherings.

You leave with two decisions you were stuck on, and two people you can call when the next one shows up.

No selling, full stop

Build relationships all weekend; nobody pitches and nobody transacts, us included. The room is for working on your businesses.

Built to stick

Your 90-day plan builds itself session by session; you leave holding the finished article, with your coaches on hand as you implement it.

The working sessions are never recorded, and no competitor of yours is in the room. Cameras elsewhere in the weekend capture only what you choose to share.

Your coaches and facilitators

We facilitate every session and coach throughout the weekend, then stay on hand as you implement your plan.

Fair questions

What if it's not for me? +

The Friday guarantee: if by the end of Friday you don't believe the weekend will pay for itself, say so and we refund your seat in full. No forms, no friction.

Is this a mastermind or a subscription? +

No. Two days, one price, done. The alumni group after is included. Nothing recurring, ever.

Who will be in the room? +

A deliberately intimate group, capped at twelve. CEOs and founders of $25M to $75M businesses, most around the $50M mark, curated one seat per industry, so no two compete. When your industry's seat goes, it's gone. We read every application ourselves and say no when the fit is wrong. That's what makes the room worth it.

My situation is confidential. How does that work? +

The working sessions are never recorded or quoted, and no competitor of yours will be in the room. Any filming elsewhere in the weekend includes only what you choose to share.

Is this a funnel for coaching? +

No. Nobody sells and nobody transacts in the room, including us. Build relationships freely; the room itself is for working on your businesses. Coaches are available after, only if you ask.

I can't give this a whole weekend. +

Content runs Friday to late Saturday afternoon; Thursday is a dinner and Sunday is optional. The real question: would one better decision pay those two days back? You leave with five or six moves, a 90-day plan, and eleven peers who will check on you.

Where exactly is it? +

Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas. The full agenda and joining details go to approved members. Travel and hotel are up to you; we recommend The Westin Stonebriar next door and will share an event rate.

How many decisions escalated to your desk last week?

That question, and what is costing you most right now, is the heart of the application. We read every answer ourselves, and we say no politely when the fit is wrong. Every confirmed member takes a private 1:1 with Jimmy or Seth before the event, so your questions shape the agenda before you ever walk in.
