What is the 360 Multi-Rater Feedback?
Available on Plus and Premium plans, the 360 assessment collects anonymous feedback from people you work with -- your manager, peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders. You nominate 8-20 raters, and they each complete a short assessment about your leadership behaviours. The result is a powerful comparison between how you see yourself and how others experience you.
How do I choose my raters?
Choose people you work with most closely -- not necessarily the people you get along with best. Aim for a mix: your direct manager, 2+ peers, 2+ direct reports, and at least 1 customer or stakeholder. The system guides you through the selection process with minimum requirements per category to ensure balanced, anonymous feedback.
Is the rater feedback truly anonymous?
Yes. Raters complete their assessment through a secure, anonymous portal. Results are aggregated by category (peers, direct reports, etc.) and individual responses are never revealed. Manager feedback is reported separately as there is typically only one. We require a minimum of 3 completed raters per category before showing aggregated results.
What is Aiden AI Coach?
Aiden is your personal AI leadership coach, available 24/7. It helps you apply your assessment insights to real situations, practice difficult conversations, and stay accountable to your development goals. All assessment plans include 3 months of access.
How long does the assessment take?
The self-assessment takes 15-20 minutes. For raters (360 plans), each rater spends about 10 minutes. We recommend finding a quiet space where you can reflect honestly.
Can our organisation purchase assessments in bulk?
Yes. Enterprise admins can bulk-purchase assessments and assign them across their organisation. Contact us for volume pricing or use the enterprise admin portal to upload a CSV of participants.
